CBD Pet Treats

There isn’t one way to administer our CBD treats to your pet. If your furry friend is a keen eater, you can give the treats as a snack, from hand, playing fetch, or whatever you like. If they’re not so keen, you can try mixing the treats with their food or putting them in a treat dispenser. 

You may want to make sure your pet actually eats the treat, though – some pets like to store their food for later, and if they eat more than they should at once, they may experience some more intense effects.

The amount of CBD you should give your pet depends on their size, age, and weight. Generally speaking, the bigger they are, the more you can give them. For dogs, you may want to go with 2 mg of CBD for every 10 lbs of dog weight. For cats, you may want to start with 1-3 mg of CBD for every 10 lbs of cat weight and gradually increase from there. 

Of course, this isn’t to say you have to give 20 mg of CBD to a 100-pound dog. For milder effects, smaller servings are perfectly fine. Just remember to keep track of how much CBD your pet is getting and adjust accordingly. If you’re not entirely sure, we recommend talking to your vet first or contacting our customer service team.

Our CBD pet treats aren’t made with any specific pet in mind, so you can give it to both cats and dogs. They are specifically formulated with a broad-spectrum hemp extract, so your pet will get the same benefits whether they’re feline or canine!

Keep in mind that cats and dogs have different dietary needs, so if you want to supplement with CBD, make sure you’re giving your pet the right serving. It’s always a good idea to talk to your vet before administering any new supplement or diet change.

It is safe to say that similar principles apply to pets and people when it comes to dietary supplements. When taken responsibly and in moderation, our CBD treats can be used for long-term use. 

It should be noted, however, that any food supplements should not replace a balanced diet for your pet. Always make sure your pet is getting enough nutrients from their regular meals, and keep a close eye on how they are doing.
